Monthly Market Report - September 2019

Winter is in the air...or on the ground! The snow has come in full force, yikes! Luckily it won't be staying for long, but that sure is a nasty way to say hello to Fall.

Anyhow, the end of a month calls for another MARKET UPDATE.

September definitely saw a cooling of house sales in Lethbridge with both the number of houses sold and the average price sold dropping a fair amount.
