Monthly Market Report - December 2019

Well, there goes 2019 - craziness!

I hope you all had a fantastic holiday season and ended 2019 with a bang....unlike the housing market in Lethbridge.

December was a bit of a rough one for home sales, I guess people were busy doing other things! Have no fear though, things are looking good in 2020 and I expect some more great things in the housing market in this our fantastic city.
