"Hey Mike, what's my home worth?"

This is a question I hear a lot, and for good reason. Your house is a massively expensive item and it's good to know what it's worth in todays market.

House values are a funny thing and are constantly changing depending on a huge amount of external factors. What I like to share with home owners is that their house is worth what the market says it is, or in the words of my dad: "It's only worth what someone will pay for it!".

To quickly get an idea of what your house would sell for in todays market, all you need to do is look at what other houses that compare to yours are being bought and sold for right now.

Sounds simple...and it is!

Now it does help to go back a few months, and this is where I come in and would love to help, and look at comparables that have sold in and around your neighbourhood.

You have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1100 sq/ft house, with a detached garage on the Westside? Great, we can make up a search to show us what other houses that compare to yours have sold for in the past 90 days and are selling currently. This will give us a very accurate and current value that you could expect to sell your house for.
